1. General Provisions

6. Gaming Rules

All games on ac99 are operated using fair and verifiable technology. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and cannot be influenced by any player or ac99 staff member.

If a technical error occurs during a gaming session, ac99 reserves the right to void the bet for that round and return the stake. ac99 is not obligated to pay out any incorrect payout displayed as a result of a technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software or any dishonest method to play games.

• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.

• Depositing or playing using funds belonging to a third party.

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, ac99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, confiscate the balance and take legal action if necessary.
